• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are based in europe and ship to most places!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Though the average tends to be around 2-4 weeks

• I have a question, how can I best get in contact with you?

• My order hasn't arrived yet. Can I get a refund?

  If you chose to have your order sent as an untracked package, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund at this time. However, if your order gets returned to me, I will contact you and offer to resend it or refund your order fully.

  If your order was sent as a tracked package and there are any issues with delivery, I will try contact the postal service as best I can, and in the case of the package going missing, I will replace or refund your order

• Will I have to pay import tax on my order?

  If you are based outside the EU the answer is probably yes depending on your country's laws. I will not lie about the value of the items in the package. This is also to protect you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. So please keep this in mind when ordering

• Do you do custom orders for your fabric pieces?

  Yes I do! You're welcome to check out my website silkwurm.art for more details! I can change fabric colors from my standard pieces and also offer a few other custom products
